Packaging
We have many sizes of coolers that will accomodate 1 to 50 lobsters and or any size combination of seafood items you place in your order. Each cooler will be properly packaged with an adequate number of gel packs to ensure your item remain cool in transit.
For desserts such as cheesecakes, we package these items separate from the seafood items, with dry ice. This ensures your cakes will arrive in tact, frozen/partially frozen upon receipt.
Our method of packaging assures that every order will arrive fresh and alive in terms of live lobsters. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately should you have any issues (Toll Free at 1-800-796-3189.)
